To create a scheduled report job, please follow these instructions:
- Navigate to SYSTEM - > Scheduled Reports
- Create a job, or click on any scheduled report job to edit it.
- From the General tab, Make sure that the job is Enabled to start receiving the reports.
- Specify a name for the job
- Select the Report data range (the period which will be included in the report)
- You can schedule reports to be sent Daily, Weekly, or even monthly. (You may adjust the time of the scheduled report as well)
- Select the Report type (Which of the reports do you want to be run & sent as scheduled)
- The report is sent to the e-mail address linked to your account by default, but you may uncheck the box and specify several e-mail addresses separated by a comma and a space.
- From the Filter tab, you can narrow down the data to specific days/hours/keywords/users depending on the selected report.
- Under Users, Specify the users/departments whose data you need to be included in this report
- You may also exempt users/departments data from appearing in this report by selecting them under Except.
- From the Drawing tab, you can limit the number of lines to be extracted from the report, control the sorting of the report, as well as manage its columns and page orientation.
- Click on Save to create this Scheduled report job, or Click on Save & Run to create it as well as run the report.
