To invite someone to access your Controlio Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to System - Access - Logins
- Click on INVITE
- Enter the email address of the person you want to provide Dashboard access for.
- Assign a role for this login.
P.S. For more information about how the various access roles differ, please refer to this article: Role differences. - Assign an "Access Policy" to control which records/pages can he see exactly.
- Select the Users you would like this login to observe.
- Click on Invite.
- The invited User will receive an email with a link to create their Dashboard Login.
Please note: You can grant access to the dashboard for an unlimited number of users. Dashboard users aren't licensed, so this doesn't impact the cost of the subscription.
