In the case that you can't access your Controlio account, you may want to reset your password, so here are the steps to do that:
- From the Login page click on Forgot Password
- You will then be redirected to another pop-up window where you can enter the e-mail that is associated with your account.
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to a page where you can reset your password.
