Cause:
Most probably, this is an incompatibility issue of Controlio's monitoring components with your MS Outlook version or settings.
Solution:
You will need to disable Microsoft Outlook application monitoring from the “Emails” section of the monitoring profile.
- Navigate to the “System” - “Monitoring Profiles” tab located on the left-handed side of your Dashboard.
- Click on the name of the monitoring profile that is being used for monitoring the needed user.
- Find the “Emails” tab, and make sure that the checkbox next to “Microsoft Outlook application monitoring” is not ticked.
- You may also disable the monitoring of “Emails” entirely by removing the tick from the checkbox next to “Emails.”
