Follow these steps to retrieve the debug information of MS Outlook tracking:
- Create oapplog.txt file (text file with name 'oapplog') in the Client agent's folder:
C:\ProgramData\{E0E95C6C-F194-4846-928D-E5538022226D}\ - Reproduce the issue.
- Send us the most recent OutlookAppLog_XXX.txt file from 'Dbg' folder
(C:\ProgramData\{E0E95C6C-F194-4846-928D-E5538022226D}\Dbg) - Delete the oapplog.txt file to stop the debug mode.
