To submit a ticket with a general debug log, you will need to retrieve the following:
- The debug log, which can be attached as a zip of the Dbg folder from this Client's PC path:

Windows
How to compress:
To compress the Dbg Folder, please follow these steps:
- Press Windows button + R combination and paste C:\ProgramData\{E0E95C6C-F194-4846-928D-E5538022226D}\ on the Run command window, then press enter to reach the needed folder.
- From this directory, find the folder named Dbg, right-click on it then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder
- The zipped file will appear in the directory as Dbg.zip.
- Simply share this zipped file with us.
How to take a screenshot:
To retrieve screenshots of the client folder's contents:
- Press Windows button + R combination and paste C:\ProgramData\{E0E95C6C-F194-4846-928D-E5538022226D}\ on the Run command window, then press enter to reach the needed folder.
- While viewing the content of the folder, simply click on the PRT SCR button. This will copy your screen as an image to the clipboard. Please make sure that all content of the folder is showing (take multiple screenshots if needed).
- You can then paste this image in your message to us (a simple Ctrl + V will be sufficient here).

How to compress:
To compress the Dbg folder, please follow these steps:

In the Finder
on your Mac, choose Go > Go to Folder.

Type the folder’s pathname (/Users/Shared/{E0E95C6C-F194-4846-928D-E5538022226D}/), then click Go.
- From this directory, find the folder named Dbg
- Right-click or control-click on the file to bring up the pop-up menu.
- Select Compress filename.
- The zipped file will appear in the directory as Dbg.zip.
- Simply share this compressed file with us.
How to take a screenshot:
To retrieve screenshots of the client folder's contents:

- While viewing the content of the folder, to take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift + Command + 3. The screenshot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop (take multiple screenshots if needed).
- You may then share these screenshots with us as an attachment to your email/ticket.
