Total time is the time while the Application/URL is in focus (foreground).
Active time is the period of time while the user is moving the mouse or pressing any key.

Idle time is the period of time while the Application/URL is in focus, but no mouse\keyboard activity is being monitored.
Note: Only 1 Window/URL (or URL tab) is in focus within a given second (even for computers with multiple-display).
If a user takes no action for 60+ seconds, 'Active time' will not increase, but instead 'Idle time' will be logged.
60 seconds is the default Idle sensitivity value, and it can be edited from SYSTEM - Monitoring Profiles - {Profile} - Idle sensitivity
Additionally, the Meeting idle sensitivity allows you to customize the timer for specific apps or websites that you can manually add to the box below.
