To add or remove a payment method to your account, please follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to SUBSCRIPTION on the bottom-left side of your Dashboard.
- Find and click on checkout dashboard to be redirected to the FastSpring portal.
- From the portal Click on Account Details and Payment Methods.
- From this tab, you may add a payment method by clicking on the Add Payment method button and choosing from the list of available payment methods.
- To remove an already existing payment method, Click on Manage then Click Remove.
Note: You may remove a payment method only if it's not linked to an active subscription. If it's linked, you will need to cancel that subscription, or update your payment method (replacing the payment method will not cancel the subscription)
